I offer face-to-face therapy for individuals aged 17 and over, either in my Dunedin practice or online. I’m trained and experienced in a range of evidence-based approaches (therapy tools), and I believe that the best support is tailored to fit your unique goals and needs. Below is a list of some of the evidenced-based tools I utilise:

Sessions are 50 minutes long and will be invoiced in advance.
