Burnout and ADHD Support

I offer closed group sessions focused on managing burnout and supporting adults recently diagnosed with ADHD. These sessions provide a safe and supportive space where you can connect with others facing similar challenges, share experiences, and learn practical strategies together.

Group sessions are time-limited and structured to keep you moving forward, with the added benefit of diverse perspectives and peer support. They’re also a more cost-effective option compared to individual therapy, making support more accessible without compromising quality.

Sessions are available both in-person and online, guided with care to meet your needs.
