Dr Tammy Foote

Registered Clinical Psychologist.

As of June 2025, I have limited capacity for Adult ADHD assessments and no capacity for new individual therapy clients. Please feel free to check in again in August 2025.

My Approach

I draw on extensive training and experience across multiple therapy approaches, and take a creative, flexible stance in how I work. This means we can tailor an evidence-based process that truly fits your unique needs. My work is grounded in relational theory, and I believe that trust and connection are at the heart of meaningful therapy. Together, we can explore what’s been difficult and work toward insight and positive change with curiosity and compassion.
